Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

sir i am being threatened by someone that he has my blank cheques,he is asking for two lacs as blackmailing money other wise he will fill the cheques with big amount and after bouncing he will lodge an fir against me.he is talking about the cheques of the account which was not operated for the last four years,,,and i dont remember any blank cheque given to him...kindly advice

go to bank and inform it about the stolen cheques... you can block or close the account on the bases of that.. For more do consult me at [email protected]

you have the option to file a report in the concerned police station regarding the stolen cheques if you remember their serial numbers and also intimate to the bank not to perform any action on your account in any manner whatsoever.

The other option you have is that if there is no agreement between you and the other party then close your account.
