Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
My step brother stolen my 3 blank singned cheques. I got FIR against him. After one month he loged a FIR 489F against me on one of the cheque mentioned in my FIR. The Police arrest me.After getting bail I sent my hand writing to FSA Punjab and get the report mentioned that I am not the author of this Hand writting. I loged an FIR 420,467,468,471 against him and two witnesses of his 489F FIR. The ploice arrest him but other witness release and asked they can not include in this FIR. Is it possible
