Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
I have submitted 489F case and now i have moved cancellation of bale and with parallel our trial is also started and on witness stage so please suggest me should i record our statments or wait for cancellation of bale decision. Is there any impact of witnesses on cancellation of bale
