Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

I want to know one thing please confirm it if any payment has been given with agreement so for termination of agreement in any case is it require of legal notice or without legal notice any party is liable to break any agreement.

In agreement there is no clause in written form only in agreement one point is written that in case of terminated agreement the given cheques are payable so please tell me according to law is there any importance of legal notice or not

if u want to terminate the agreement, nd there is no termination , then u should entered inti release or waiver deed with the executee..

Dear, if there is no termination clause within the agreement, and in case of termination,

cheques given become payable,then the service of legal notice will be in favour of you, creating a cause of action to initiate the civil or criminal proceeding.
