Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Please let me know how can we get a weapon license (like pistol) for our own safety if we receive threats? Further can we keep pistol.weapon with us while going out of home or a separate permit is required to take it outside?

Licenses are banned by Interior Ministry.. If you are an officer of armed forces or an officer above grade 17 then you can get one.. Otherwise the markets of bribery are open to get the license.. I know a legal way to get one which is time taking.. Contact me at [email protected]
