Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
If a wife prepare a fake document by issuing Stamp Paper (by presenting Husband ID Card without his knowledge and permission) sign by herself (sign with the name of husband) on the stamp paper ,also made factious sign (again sign by husband name) on a Govt Issued Public Format and present this public document in the court is it criminal case?

make a false or fake document is one and placing on the record of the court is another serious crime... but you have to prove first what you are alleging.
