Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
What will be the future of cheque dishonor when 18 amendment is passed and LFO is repealed then will be the cheque dishonor a criminal offense.

Cheque dishonoured, the drawer owes you money you have remedy under Order 37 CPC to claim your money through speedy trial, and you have the remedy of filing a criminal case , following a notice to the party.
