Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
If any woman is nominated complain in cognizable crime, can male police arrest her from her home as normal procedure or police has to take a force of women police with them? Is there any separate procedure for arresting one or more women involved in non bailable and cognizable crimes?
