Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I have given 2 cheques of 35000 PKR each to my wife for delivery in private hospital. She recieved but get operated in a government hospital which is free of cost and did not return my money. this is quite obvious that she took this money from me by cheating. lying and dishonesty. How can I get back this money or what can I do in this situation. I have the proof bank statement and her father signature on cheques which were encashed through the bank.

She is your wife for god sake. Just take her out for dinner or some thing and spend a nice quite evening with her and tell her that the money was given to her keeping in view her comfort and if she needs the money she could have ask you. How do you know she is cheating and had taken the money dishonestly from you, may be she had kept the money for rainy seasons which most women do.
