Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

1) I'm a citizen of Colombia(Latin-America), could I get Pakistani citizebship somehow after marriage to a Pakistani christian woman living in Pakistan, or even a residence visa? for marriage under Pakistani christian marriage act.

2) is it true than a Pakistani woman who marries a foreign man loses her Pakistan citizenship?

You can marry a Pakistani Christian woman and she will not loose her nationality. For getting nationality of Pakistan we have to file your case and its on the descretion of Government of Pakistan to give you nationality or not. However scope of getting nationality is more when you are wealthy and belonging to west. For more do consult me at [email protected]
