Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

1. whether a family court has jurisdiction to try a family suit, filed by wife for maintenance and dower, at the place other than the place of her ordinary living?

2. Is there any legal decisions under which it transpires that the undue & illegal harassment by the wife suing the husband at the place, other than the place of ordinary living place, is curtailed?
