Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

We are 2 foreigners non-muslims living in Pakistan and we will soon have a child out of weddlock.

Under Pakistani law, can the father recognize this child or this needs to be done with his country of origin ? If possible, what is the procedure and duration of the procedure and which law applied for such case ?

If you people are married then there is nothing wrong in it. You can get the child delivered in any hospital of Pakistan. After that birth registration certificate of the child will be issued by the same hospital.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
