Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

hi, my name is abid. i will tell u briefly later about my marriage problem. main sunni ho jab k meri wife pure shia hai. hum dono ki pasand ki shadi hai. or wo british national hai. is liye for some reasons jab humari shadi hoe humara nikah nama register nahi ho saka. after marriage we both hardly spent two or three months togather. phir wo Wapis U.K chali gai thi. wo wahan per apnay uncle k ghar per rehti hai apni education complete karnay k liye. Us k father ki death ho gai hai. or Mother or Sister or aik nephew Pakistan main rehtay hain. currently main abhi apnay business k liye Malaysia main ho. or abhi wo U.K se wapis Pakistan main hai or court main khula k liye apply kar dia hai. but abhi sirf itna poochna chahta ho k mujhay court ki taraf se meri wife ki taraf se khula ka 1st notice mila hai Pakistan main meray ghar per. what is my legal position in this scenario. 1st my nikah nama is not registered. secondly i am not in Pakistan. 3rdly jab humari shadi hoe thi tu walli ki jagha per meray Cousin nay Signature kiye thay. plz guide me what can i do. bcoz main nahi chahta k aisa ho. main apni wife ke sath happily apni zindagi guzarna chahta ho. i will tell you whole story later.
