is adoption of redundant/leftout child legeal in pakistan, procesure.
rules ragarding parentage and how can you solve issue to fill the place of father name.

dear Mr,
please note that under Islamic Law,there is no provision for adoption, so that you can be have a de facto adoption but not the De jure one.
where as if some one is interested in the welfare of the child than he can be appointed "GUARDIAN" of the property and person of the minor or minors, and will only be by the Guardian Court, having the jurisdiction.
* any body can be the guardian, but shall prove that he will work to the benefit of the minor.
