Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
AoA my wife gt khullah 1 year back n admitted in court to send my son (3 year) for meeting . His father bring the child one month and then a delay of 2 or 3 months.I go to court an dask for summons via court asking them to bring the child.
But i am really sick of this hastle.I am denied the basic right.Court has closed the case and no visitation present is marked in the court.I hve spent alot of money on this court cases.I am allowed to visit the case only one a month in which he canot be familiar with me.Plz guide me what to do .They neither come in time .they make me wait in court fr at least 1 hour and wen i ask the court he warns them .Next time same thing happens and again they are warned .I am really sick of all this procedure .
Plz guide me wat to do .regards

File an application for contempt of court when your child is not being brought in court on the orders of the court. This is a clear cut contempt of the court. Secondly file an another application in the same court inter-alia praying that the SHO of the concerned police station be directed to produce the minor ward. Third file an application for giving you the custody.
