due to severe mental n emotional torture from my husband,i left him.i was pregnant at that time...his behavior was so bitter that i thought that he ll nt own my baby..i gaave him my 1 day old daughter...he is earnin more than a lac per month...i want my daughter bak without takin khula etc and i want him to bear my expenses too..he is nt ready to keep me wid him.nt divorcin as he is savin his hak mehr money.he said that he has married again..i have no proof yet...wat ll u suggest me

You should not mention that you gave baby to him. You say he took baby from you. You can take khula from him also.

first of all file a habeous petition in session court or high court for recovery of minor .
then file a suit for maintenance of your child and urself. u can aslo file a suit for recovery of dower amount.
then wait for his response.
In this situation he can divorce u.
2nd he can take u back with ur daughter after compromise.
keeping these thing in your mind you should proceed further.
