Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

what is an arbitration council? Where can i find one in peshawar? Why will it take 3 months? Cant it happen soon?

There must be several Arbitration council in Peshawr, ideally in every Union Council ("UC"). You are not supposed to go any arbitration council but to your UC's one.

So you are required to go to your UC.

03 month is iddat period after divorce. Arbitration council is , ur concern union council , if already u have completed iddat period it can be issued earlier.
