Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I am Banker earning PKRS 70,000 per month. Having three son, 11 years, 10 years & 9 Years subsequently. On the last brinks of divorce due to interference of my Inlaws and their criminal practices already reported to local courts. My wife wants to live with them. I cannot leave my all three son in that environment. Need to know my rights and advice.

in case of separation / divorce or not you can keep your children with you.Mother has the right in her favor to retain the custody of a minor boy till the age of seven under Hazanat .
