in case of divorce, can we request court to pay haq meher in installments if someone is unable to pay it at once due to financial problems

Dear,
First thing is that whether the Haq Mehr is payable or not. If the divorce has been declared by the court on the basis of Khulla, the Haq Mehr will not be given to the wife. But if the husband himself pronounces "TALAQ", he shall be liable to pay the Haq Mehr amount.
The court may, on the application of the husband, allow to pay this amount in installments.
