Please let me know in child custody case, if court allow child custody in favour of mother can father file against the decision in high court? what about the 30 days appeal time period? will the custody be remain with father during high court appeal or immediately family court will hand over the child to mother?

Yes, father ll file an appeal against such orders before District and session Judge and then in high court.
Your lawyers must file an execution petition for that order in same court without waiting for his appeal.
If higher court grant him stay order then the minor ll remain with father otherwise he has to handover the custody to you in execution petition before guardian Judge...
