if a mather have two douthers under age 10 and parents not sepret but father living with his other wife and childrens then whom will get child custody

in fact mother is entitled to have the custody of the male child till seven and for female child till puberty or 12/13/14 years, provided that it is also in the interest of the minor or minors.the paramount aspect is the welfare of the minors which is observed by the courts while awarding or maintaining the custody. In your case the law can help you to gain the custody of the daughters to your self.(you can have the temporary and may be permanent custody of the minors)
