For christian women in Pakistan, is the minimum marriage age 16 or 13?
christian marriage act says that it's 13, but contradicts the child marriage restraint act. what's the minimum age with her parents consent and/or court consent?

when question of validity of marriage and its invalidity raises, off course we will have to look towards personal laws of contracting parties. the constitution and law of land mandates that.
as far child marriage restraint act, it only speaks about that act being punishable in the eye of law and off course Christians are also subjects of the Act.
so being punishable is separated fro validation etc...
