if he wants to divorce you than he may send you the papers(divorce) by the operation of time 90 days , divorce will be matured. he needs to send a copy of the divorce to the conciliation counsel of your local jurisdiction, conciliation counsel provide you and your husband the chances to reconcile, if you both do then its alright, if do not then the divorce shall be matured.

please note that you have a little say in that if your husband wants to divorce he can do that even if you dont want it.

your husband gave a notice to you for showing purpose to their family or in really talaq is affected.

now is it one talaq on papers, I mean the word how many time the Word talaq is used in the divorce papers. ?

if it is one time, and your husband meet u again talaq ll be revoked.

if two time you have to re marriage without Halala (intervention marriage to another person first).

if three time then you can not marry him again with out Halala.

if he has sent a copy to union council then both u must present their and ask for reconciliation.
