dear sir,
i am dur khan from quetta ,pakistan.
i have divorced my wife on 13th of august,in aggression,5-10 times.
now i need to know that the divorce has taken palce or not?

you have metioned your answer very shortly. please find that in order to answer your, let me know from which sect you belong to. as you know the islamic personal law is totaly based on personal faith i.e. Shia sunni etc. if you are Hanfi then the stated divorced is effective as soon as you pronounce three divorce at once. if you are Jaffri then the said Divorce is not effective you can "rujoo".

if u belong to sunny sect i.e. hanafi then divorce is effected otherwise it has few requirments for effective divorce. so u must expalin first.
