Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir,

I want to know that my in laws took huge amount from me on the name of my wife operation in private hospital. But they took her to a Government hospital and get her operated free of cost and they did not inform me this. When I came to know all about, I demanded my amount back which they refused to give. I want to ask that this amount to breach of trust in terms of my wife health as well. Is this a crime to get amount by cheating and use it in some other purpose or hold it? Can I file any case against them. The taken amount is 135000 PKR and i have documentry proof of giving this amount to them.
