Now my husband had sent me the first notice of divorce and is also not willing to call me back. sir may i know what should i do next? i also have a baby 4 month old. what about my haq mehar and dowry articles??

father is responsible to pay maintenance for the child , that u will get in any way.wife is entitle to her maintenance unless divorced, even then for three months. in ur case so far divorce notice is concerned , you two have 90 days to reconcile,after that divorce shall be matured. you can claim ur Haq Meher (dower money) and also ur dowery articles through court , if not given by bilateral means/understanding.
