Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir,

I want to ask that if wife needs khula, is this enough for her to say that "she is not willing to live with her husband" or she has to justify the reason. I mean to say that khula can be granted by court without any justified reason and on the basis of only saying this "a wife doestnt want to live"
