Sir, i need your prompt help plz,

i give you the brief history, there is a NAN-NUFQA suit under trial in the family court of multan between me and my wife,and a guardianship(hazanut) of a 4 years kid by me. and court ordered me to deposit me an interiem payment of Rs.1500 untill the case is decided, i started depositing that amount in the court regularly, but after some times due to some negligence and financial crises(un-employement) i failed to deposit the money for 6 months, issues had been framed, their witnesses and cross questioned on them had done, but now they were delaying the case and not doing the cross questioning over our witnesses, also as per court's order's against it they are not bringing the child more than 7 months for meeting with me.

in the last hearing when judge told them that today is the last chance for this cross questioning over our witnesses,the openent lawer gave the application for the decree against me by 17-A section. before his presence in the court his authorised junior lawer which normally take the follow up and who submitted that 17-A application asked the court that before further procedding of court, that said missing maintenence expence should be deposited by me. and the judge asked me for that deposit, and i obeyed,court asked me to pay the amount for the missing period, and i did so on the same time and day on which the application of the 17-A was submitted, but after two hours the senior lawer himself came and said that he is not responsible for his junior's statement and the orders for the immediate decree should be released against me,

that judge seemed to me a bit nervous in this case, as this was done in her presence and now the lawer was not ready to take responsibility of his junior's.

i want to know if there is any way that i can be escaped from the shooting of 17-A, like any fine or anything like that? any application of any type,which is in the powers of that judge to give me some releief and start the case proceeding from the point it is stopped, plz give me any powerfull advice and rescue me, i will be highly obliged for your this act of kindness, thanxz.

last hearing was on the 23rd of the February an the next one is 2nd of march, mean after only 4 days,

plz show me some way out.
