Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear Sirs, I have served for a company for four years i6n the capacity of General Manager. During this period my supervisor used to deal with me with great grudge and prejdice. He was involved in corruption and wrong decision making which was damaging company, i tried my best to rectify the sitution but atlast i had to resign about four months ago. After my resignation, he continued the grudge and without giving any reason, he stopped my dues and car transfer which was due as per company policy. please guide me how can i take legal action, as if i loose this money, i cant run my kitchen. Regards

you can file a petition in Labour Court. It is my advice first u must served a legal notice to your ex company through a lawyer.
