Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
The defendant has been absconded to Canada.I have filed an execution for claiming the maintenance etc. He has no property in Pakistan. How the execution will be executed.

then follow the wait and see policy, let him make some assets or wait to locate any in canada, you can get him arrested whenever he is in pakistan.
