Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

what is the difference between judicial separation (Khula) & divorce? I read on webs that after getting khula, both remain husband & wife and both relation exits but cannot have conjugal relation. while in divore, everything is finished.

According to Pakistani Law Khula is treated as a single talaq.. A woman can marry her husband without halala in case of khula. However, many scholars believe that its not ethically right and once khula is taken, a woman should not remarry his/her husband again.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
