how can i get a divorce when the boy doesnt want to give it and even my father doesnt want the divorce to happen. i am a 25 year old girl and i am doing my housejob at the moment. my income is 25 000 Rs. I live in peshawar. i hv to do it on my own because no one agrees with me. I cant wait anymore. its been 4 years since the nikah. There was no rukhsati. We just did signatures. Plz tell me what is the procedure. I dont know anything about it. But i want the divorce immediately. where can i get the divorce papers from so that i can send those papers to the boy because he is not sending them to me.

If you have right of divorce in column 18 of Nikah Nama u can get divorce directly from Arbitration council in 3 months. Otherwise you have to file a suit for dissolution of marriage on the bases of khullah in the family court. Khulla will happen if even only you are ready for it. For that you have to file a "Suit for The Dissolution of Marriage on The Basis Of Khullah", before the Family Court. This process may take 3 to 6 months. And you can file this suit where you live or where your husband live or where the cause of action (NIKAH) occurred.
In your case, Marraige can be dissolved on the basis of khula within 2 month and there is no need of iddat if rukhsati is taken palace. our law firm can manage it within 2 month.
