SIr i am living in Pakistan i got nikkah before 6 years but we did not get rukhsati becoz my husband was not establised, but after 6 years he is still not serious, he is in Saudia Arabia since last 7 months but he did not try a singel time to complete this marrige, i want divorce now so plz guide me wat will be the process of Divorce how can i send him a notice in Saudia Arabia n how much time will be required to get Divorce?

You dont need to send any notice etc., to him .In fact , what you need to do is to get a decree of dissolution of marriage from local family court. thats it.

Your case in not much complicated. What you have to do is just to File a civil suit in the court havin jurisdiction where you are living. The Notice will be sent to your husband. When he will appear before the court the court will give you a chance if you can start living as husband and wife otherwise the court will grant you divoce.
