Can father have the custody of minor male child of 3 years of age if the mother remarries to an stranger according to the family law in Pakistan?

This could be a good ground for your case,but court ll see the welfare of minor . because welfare of minor is paramount consideration to decide the custody of minor. you have to prove before the court that welfare of minor lies at your end.
