Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
please guide me whats the general ruling for paying the fees of the child custody case.Do i hve to pay 100 % to my lawyer before filing the case or 50 % before and 50 % after the acse.please guide me

It depends upon lawyer and your mutual trust. you must not engage a lawyer on whom you have no trust . Normally we charged full fee in advance. but in some cases it can be received in 2 installment.
