Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

HEy.. I got married in 10th Oct 2008, but my rukhsati was in 14th Dec 2010,

but after few days... there were few difference between our families and my husband family didn't allow me to go with him, I only got visa for 90 days, but now my visa has expired,(he lives in Germany, he has applied for his nationality, his case is nowadays in FIA for clarification and cancellation of Pakistani nationality) even though i had visa and ticket too.so we filled for divorce. he has given me 1st divorce. now he have realize his mistakes and wants me to come to Germany. but now his family is against this reunion, there are not allow him to come. so what can I do now.

they also got my passports and my I.D card and not giving it to me.

your passport and your identity card is your property you can seek assistance of the police (if you wish to) or move the court for the retrieval of these items and to avoid its possible misuse.& matrimonial reunion is purely your decision , no third person can interfere in that.
