Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Hi,

I want to ask that if husband file conjugal rights case against wife, than either on pre trial concilaliation or at cross examination, can wife mother, father or other relatives involve to answer on the behalf of wife or this conciliation procedure will be between only husband & wife as mine is the same case, home disturbed due to inlaws intereference even we were living happily in uae

Wife has to appear in person for the reconciliation proceedings. However, a power of attorney can be given to any person and request can be made to the judge for exemption of wife's personal appearance. The judge has discretionary powers to accept that request or not. If the grounds are solid then that is very much possible.. For more do consult me at [email protected]

no even the wife executed the attorny in fvour of any reletve but the court call to apper personally for reconcilation.

you can request the court to provide you a one to one meeting under conciliation procedings.
