hi,mujhay meri wife ki taraf se khula k liye court se pehla notice meray ghar per Pakistan main mila hai. main abhi pakistan se bahir malaysia main kam karta ho. mujhay ye janana hai k
1. pehlay notice k bad kitnay notices court se kitnay waqfay k bad miltay hain.
2. kia mujhay case ko pursue karnay k liye wapis pakistan jana paray ga.
3. meri 1st hearing 29 Nov.2012 ko hai main us ka jawab yahan se kaisay dai sakta ho.
it is not possible for me to attend my first hearing in court in Pakistan.
plz guide me about this. thanks.

In which city your wife has filled the case?
1- you will get one more notice
2- No need to come back .
3-through your council .
there is no need to attend the first hearing at court. but your agent should be there to know the next date of hearing as next order may be for proclamation through newspaper and then the ex-parte proceedings.
you can engage a lawyer , right from there and your special power of attorney ll attend your case instead of you through your lawyer.
