He will eventually get a decree in his favor after 6 months or so then he will file an execution which will take 2-3 months and then the court can forcefully make you live with him. It is better that you face the suit with your answer so that later decree is against your husband.. For more do consult me at [email protected]

Decree for Conjugal right is the only decree which can not be executed by the court forcefully. Dont worry if a decree is passed by the court against u. No one force u to live in a hatefull union.

but of course it is better for u to appear before court and ask for KHULA in reply.
