Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
If husband divorce his wife, is wife entitiled for anything (in terms of money, house etc) from husband property.
I know children are entitiled in this case, just want to know on which age, children can claim the father property.

No, she is not entitled till the extent of her Iddat period maintenance ... after their puberty children can claim..

divorced woman is entitled to maintenance for three months and so is the case of children but they are entitled to it till the age of majority.property share etc is not the issue here at all. legal heirs can claim their shares once the the person is deceased.you can also contactme during 3 to 7 pm on my cell no 0323 4638149.
