Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

my husband and i divorced by mubarat. now he wants to remarry me. is it possible ? or will there have to be a halalah in this case? or is just a fresh nikah enough in this case. is it the same case as khula? we are both sunnis.

Forget the old husband, get a new one.. You need halala which means new husband will be naturally married with you with having matrimonial relationship. The relationship has to end naturally. For more do consult me at [email protected]

There would be fresh marriage because rule is that only in cases where there talaqs are pronounced in one session there would be halala, wherease in mubarat only one is counted. So the nikah would be fresh.
