can husband file dissolution of marriage after one year of conjugal rights decree awarded in his favour. if yes, what about meher and other gifts given by husband? will gifts be returned and meher to be paid?

A man cannot file a case for dissolution of marriage. He can give talaq and send a copy of notice of talaq to the Arbitration council. It can be anytime possible.. He has to pay the haq meher to the wife in such case. Gifts are never returnable. For more do consult me at [email protected]

I think husband is written mistakenly instead of wife.
Yes wife can file suit for dissolution of marrige any time ,.
Haq Mehar if paid, has to return full or some of its part as decided by court.
Gifts once given, are not returnable.
husband hv two options
one is to stright awy divorce wife.
second to file a petition for jactitation of marrige before family court.
mehar if aleady paid not returnable in these conditions and thye same for gifts.
in khula wife is not entitled and if she recivd will return to husband only mahar not gifts
