my husband is forcefully divorcing me. I have a three month old baby girl. and i belong to shitte sect.i want lifetym custody of my daughter is i possible?? can i put some condition for divorce??
wat he do with me is as follow
no monthly stipend,
did nothing for daughter xcept pampers and stroller
think that my illness is a drama
always treat me as for granted
beat me if i force to do something necessary
even have beaten her daughter
no tv/fone/internet allowed
donot take me out even on weekends
always says that u did not let me do one thing i will not do this for u
donot allow me to goto khi..my parents paid for ticket to khi
donot allow any frozen food at home for emergency..i bought it from my own mooney
my parents send me everything i wanted he never bothered to ask me wat i want and lyk
i did everything for him even i had been operated for a week did his clothing, breakfast..
i set al the home even not well..took my baby to bring things for him..cooked everything for dawa and wat not
if i have abused him just bcz he ha irritated me so much that it was out of control for me.
conditons for talaq: exemption from daughter
compensation if any of my belonging is missing.
monthly stipend for daughter till 2years

Take your daughter and goto your parents house.. He can never take daughter from you unless you get married again. Dont take divorce from him. Live with parents for a while and then file case for maintenance of yourself and your daughter. But the better way is to face the music. Time changes everything. no law can stop a husband divorcing his wife. take your baby to your parents home and then file a suit against your husband for claiming maintenance for the Minor and yourself, Dowry articles and Dower amount etc. it can give you two results, 1:your husband will have to make compromise on your conditions or may divorce you in anger. for more information and legal advise, do consult me at [email protected]
