Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

what if a husband hacks wife e-mail account and he finds out her affair with someone?and reads her all mails? what wife can do? and now he wants a custody of child.he is not paying any expenses for child.and wife is staying with parents now.that was not an affair but wife was going through a bad phase and was seeing a therapist with whom she was sharing her problems.and she got involved with him.now what she can do.she is not seeing him anymore.

Husband Is a NON_ Muslim,Ahmedi. , they got married according to muslim law.He created problems a year back when their minor daughter turned 7.His family interfered in the upbringing of child.They want to converted her.During the problems wife was seeing a psychatrist or Therapist.She shared her problems with him.and wrote to him often.He used to give some Duas to her.He was honorable person.When husband came to know this he put false allegations on wife.send her to her parents house.During all the fights husband alwways send her home.He had many girfriends.He never gave attention to daughter and wife.never took house responsibilities.He kept her wife in like a torture cell.never socialised with them.etc ....Now after sending her home wife filed a suit for khula.becaz of the many problems she was facing alone.and plus her husband wanted wife that he and her own mother will lookafter the girl they wanted to snatched a minor girl from mother.they wanted to upbringing the child in their own religious way.just want to know about Childs custody? please suggest me what about the false allegations he is putting on wifes character to take the custody of child after wifes had filed suit for Khulah?waiting for reply
