what if a husband hacks wife e-mail account and he finds out her affair with someone?and reads her all mails? what wife can do? and now he wants a custody of child.he is not paying any expenses for child.and wife is staying with parents now.that was not an affair but wife was going through a bad phase and was seeing a therapist with whom she was sharing her problems.and she got involved with him.now what she can do.she is not seeing him anymore.

Dear Madam,
You have very right to take maintenance till the period of IDDAT i.e. 4months 10, if your children are under the age of 5years then court normally prefer their custody with mother, unless the father of kids proves, beyond any shadow of doubt, that the career of kids would be in danger if children stayed with you.
I would suggest you to remarry with the person whom you had affair after the completion of IDDAT, if you think that you can have peaceful relations with him (it�s totally your own domain to decide)
