my husband hand over a paper with his signed.In this paper he declared divorce.he does not want continue marriage.he lives in bhadurabad karachi.
i m at F.B area block 1 karachi with my father.
shall this paper means legal talaq.
paper is in my hand now.
where shall i deposit this paper for legal process .

It is a notice of talak. The law says that on receiving that the husband should intimate the arbitration council from which the 90 days (3 tuhrs) time period of Talaq will start. Even the wife can intimate the arbitration council and they will call the parties for reconcilliation.
This notice is considered one talaq and if it is not revoked within 90 days then it will be automatic talaq under the Shariah and law both. But you always need to get talaq certificate and if there is no date mentioned on the notice then whenever u try to get the talaq certificate from the arbitration council ur 90 days will start over from then.
