Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

If the husband cannot appear for 3 to 4 times due to his job problem then the total case will be in favour of wife or only marriage will be dissolve and further proceeding will be done for dowry or ornamnents issue

all proceeding will go against him. but he has the right to appear and contest the case at later stage if he would have been absent from the court due to sufficient reason..
