what is iddat period in case of khula? and the judgment of the family court for khula can be challenged in W.P or not? can the order be recalled?

90 days ... but the decree becomes effective after 6 months if nothing is done afterwards... You can try the writ but it will be a weak case... For more consult me at [email protected]
