Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

i need to have some information about child custody,im seeking a divorce and have a little son aged 2 years,my husband will not take care of him as he mentioned,i need to know if i have to travel abroad for work with my child ,does the immigration have problem or any control on exit of single moms,or is there any procedure through papers to show them that im authorised to take my child with me i need to know all the details,or am i free to travel after divorce ....because i want to settle abroad straight after divorce...with my kid,

whatever information you provide to the immigration authorities should be true and supported by the documents. In fact even if you are divorced and if you dont have full custody of the minor you can not remove the child from the jurisdiction of the local guardian court (in case if your X husband doest want you to take away the minor) .You can call me to discuss this in detail during office hour.
