As per Islamic law, in case of death of son/daughter in the life of grandfather is there any share of deceased's children/family in the property of grandfather.

According to Muslim family Law Ordinance, 1961
children will received the same share as there father would have received if alive.
according to section 4. Succession .MFLO, 1961
In the event of death of any son or daughter of the propositus before the
opening of succession, the children of such son or daughter, if any, living at the
time the succession opens, shall per stripes, receive a share equivalent to the
share which such son or daughter, as the case may be, would have received if
alive.

children/family of a pre deceased son/daughter inherits from the property of G.parents to the extent of share as if the pre deceased son/daughter would have inherited, if alive at the time of opening of succession/inheritance.
According to law grand children are entitled to inherent from the property of grand parents but under Islamic Law i.e. Shariat they are not entitled according to Hanafi School of thought and Jamhoor as well.
